SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We prepare your orders with love at the latest within 24 hours of their validation.  Orders placed after 6 p.m. Friday will be shipped on Monday following Monday.

It will take between 5 and 7 days depending on the delivery method and location you have chosen. You can read more about shipping here

Note that the delivery time can be extended during promotional offers, holiday season or exceptional events.

Do not panic, the size of our package is small enough to be deposited in your post box.

In the event that your order has not yet been sent, contact us via our contact form as quickly as possible to update your delivery information.

Otherwise and in accordance with our general conditions of sales, once an order has been shipped from our warehouse, no more modification can be made.

JEWELLERY

Our jewellery contains no nickel. Earrings and ear cuffs are made of gold-gilded sterling silver, while piercings are crafted from stainless steel or titanium.

PAYMENT

Our site is 100% secure, with secure banking transactions and everything related to orders. The transfer of your data and your connections information is secure and cannot be hacked or cannot be the target of malware. 

Finally, concerning the payment, we use Paypal and Shop Pay which are the safest in terms of transactions on the Internet.

So you can be rest assured to shop with us without any concern.

You can make purchases with your bank card or via your PayPal account. We do not accept bank checks or transfers.

If, for any reason, the product is not suitable for your expectations, you can send it back to us within 30 days after receipt and we fully refund the price of the item as soon as it has arrived with us.

However, all returned products must be in perfect condition - so never worn - and return costs must be paid by you. The proof of return must then be sent to us by email as proof of delivery.

Promotional orders with multiple items
When a piece of your jewellery is apart of a Stack promotion (e.g. an offer of 3 pieces purchased as one) the whole Stack must be returned in order to obtain a full refund. 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

You have a period for 30 days after receiving your order to make a return request:

1) Reading our return policy before carrying out any return process here.

2) Visit our contact page and fill out the contact form to begin the process here.

3) Enter your order number and email address to start

4) Once your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with the shipping instructions. Your refund will be made upon receipt of your return within a maximum of 30 days. It will be made through the payment method you have used.

To obtain instructions on how to send the returned products, refer to the email received after making the return request.

The return costs are exclusively charged to the customer.

We cannot process packages that do not include the identify of the sender (name, first name, address, order number, RMA number).
