LOBE

The Lobe piercing refers to the lower section of the ear. Multiple combinations of lobe piercings are possible to create a unique look and is the most versatile for all types of earrings, meaning it's great for anyone just starting their piercing journey.

HEALING TIME: 6 - 8 weeks

CONCH

The Conch is nestled in the middle part of the inner ear - depending on the look you're seeking to achieve you have have versatility with both hoops and studs; rings looped around the ridge work great for a bold statement, whilst studs can be placed sitting in the inner ear for a more subtle aesthetic.

HEALING TIME: 3 - 9 months

HELIX

The Helix is the upper and outer cartilage, located along the inside ridge of the upper ear between the rook and the lobe. A wide range of jewellery looks great in this popular piercing placement and allows for a multitude of looks using hoops or flat piercings.

HEALING TIME: 6 - 9 months

TRAGUS

The Tragus is the distinct, small flap of cartilage situated directly in front of the ear canal. Its prominent location means that jewelry here catches the eye immediately, even when viewing the face straight-on. We recommend showcasing smaller, sophisticated studs or delicate rings that draw focus without overwhelming the intricate architecture of the ear.

HEALING TIME: 6 - 9 months

DAITH

The Daith is positioned in the inner fold of the ear positioned between the tragus and rook. A ring is a popular choice amongst many, and is perfect for bold layering in a ear stack and standalone. If you're looking for a more reserved piece, a barball is it subtle yet effective when needed.

ROOK

The rook piercing is a vertical piercing which goes through the ridge of the inner ear above the Daith placement. Rings and curved barballs are ideal for this placements, giving you versatility.
This pierces a thick piece of cartilage, so will be painful. However, the unique placement is perfect for those looking for an unusual style of piercing.

HEALING TIME: 6 - 10 months

INDUSTRIAL

Any two piercings connected by a single barbell, and are also known as bar, industrial or scaffolding piercings. Two different points enter the ear cartilage at typically around 3.5cm apart, always pierced with a needle. Stainless steel & titaniumworks well as they don't corrode, but not for those with a nickel allergy.

HEALING TIME: 9 months - 1 year

BODY

Though not as common, you can also find navel piercings on the lower rim, upper rim, and sides of the navel, but the top shelf position is most popular. Depending on your navel shape and skin thickness, suitable bars should be fitted, make sure to discuss this with your body artist.
